Lifeinahappyway’s rostade müsli
Ingredienser:
1 dl hackade hasselnötter och mandel
1 dl pumpakärnor
1 dl solrosfrön
1 dl kokosflingor
1 dl havregryn
1 dl rågflingor
1 dl vatten
0,5 dl rapsolja
Gör så här:
Sätt ugnen på 225 grader. Blanda först ihop alla torra ingredienser i en bunke. Häll sedan i rapsolja och vatten och blanda ordentligt. Sprid sedan ut allt i en långpanna. Sätt långpannan mitt i ugnen och rosta i ca 12-15 minuter (jag brukar alltid göra tredubbel sats, så tiden i ugnen brukar bli runt 20-30 minuter istället). Rör om några gånger under tiden. Ta ut plåten och låt den svalna. Förvara sedan müslin i en burk med lock.
Tips: Vill du göra müslin nötfri, så ta bara bort nötterna och skär ner lite på vätskan. Alternativt så fyller du på med 1 dl av något som redan finns med i receptet eller något annat gryn, frö eller kärna.
